The 2022 Show Season Continues ...............
Next week, on Wednesday 5th October, we will be joining our FCG Colleagues from the Chippenham Office at the Dairy Show with a stand in the Edmund Rack Pavilion, stand 148, offering sloe gin and chocolates, pop in and say ‘Hello!’. You could be in with a chance of winning half a day’s consultancy in our FREE prize draw!
This year’s Dairy Show is all about muck; mostly organic manures, looking at the storage, usage and optimizing its application. With the soon to be released RPA Slurry Grant and the price increase of fertilisers, you may have some questions about storage and making best use of your organic manure on farm – why not come and talk to us to see how we can help you with nutrient planning, budgeting and grant applications?
Earlier in the show calendar we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day at Honiton Show with lots of visitors attending the stand to enjoy some tea and cake. Our competition was very popular with the Bonanza Milk Powder being won by Mr S Bacon, Crewkerne, the bag of grass seed from Horizon Seeds was won by Mr J Cook, Bridport and the Dairy Chemicals from Parsons Farm Supplies was won by Mr P Carnell, Nr Bristol. We are very grateful to our suppliers for kindly donating these prizes. A great day was had by all.
We also attended the Gillingham and Shaftesbury show, and although we did not have a stand, we all managed to catch up with lots of clients, old and new, and visit stands of the professionals and suppliers we work with throughout the year for a catch up. What a great show it is.
